Highland Brewing Company rolled out its first kegs in December 1994 and was Asheville’s first legal brewery.  The brewery was founded by Oscar Wong and he and Vice President John Lyda have been at the brewery since its inception. They brew their mantra of honesty, integrity, and respect into each batch by caring about how their beer is made every step of the way. Stop by and enjoy one of their brews!
